In addition to the information described above, the PersonalMed HealthLink application collects and processes the following information when you use it:

- Health information — medical records, documents, forms, and communications exchanged between you and your healthcare providers through the app. This information is used solely to deliver the app’s functionality and is never sold or used for advertising.
- Messages — secure in-app messages between you and your healthcare providers.
- Photos and documents — images and files you choose to upload, such as insurance card photos and medical documents.
- Payment information — if you choose to pay invoices through the app, your payment methods and transaction history. Card details are processed by our payment service provider and are not stored on our servers.
- Device identifiers — a device identifier and push notification token, used to deliver notifications to your device and to manage your registered devices. Push notifications are delivered via Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (Android) and Apple Push Notification service (iOS).
